TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Broker (Short-Term Insurance) within the Insurance Department at Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
Job SummaryThis role involves coordinating financial activities while driving sales through effective client engagement and product guidance. The role requires managing client portfolios, supporting financial administration, and promoting suitable financial solutions to meet organisational and client objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties- Identify, engage, and grow a strong portfolio of clients
- Conduct needs analyses and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Present policy features, benefits, and pricing confidently and clearly
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Deliver excellent client service and foster long-term relationships
- Stay current with industry developments, trends, and products
- Interact with clients in agricultural communities where relevant
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant degree / qualification
- Agricultural diploma/degree or relevant agricultural exposure (advantageous)
- RE5 certificate
- Class of Business and Product training
- Proven sales experience within the insurance industry (advantageous)
- Experience in structured, target-driven sales environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Energetic and eager to grow professionally
- Valid driver's license (Code 8)
- Willing to travel
