Job Description
Job Title: Broker Administrator - New Business (Pretoria East) Responsibilities 
- Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients
- Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and administration of new policy applications
- Maintain up-to-date records of client policies and ensure all documentation is accurate
- Monitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellations
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries, and resolving issues
- Assist with policy amendments, claims processes, and any other client service needs
- Manage and organize client files, records, and correspondence
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations
- Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
- Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and market trends
- Matric
- 2 or more years' experience in life insurance industry
- Computer literate
- RE5 will be an advantage
- astute and atWORK will be an advantage
- Afrikaans and English fluent speaking/reading/writing
- Valid driver's license and own transport
