Rialheim is seeking a commercially minded and creatively driven brand custodian to manage and elevate the brand nationally across retail chains, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
This role requires strong national marketing coordination, digital performance ownership, content leadership, and brand governance. The successful candidate will bridge strategy and execution ensuring Rialheim's premium identity translates consistently across chains, online, PR, packaging, and paid media.
The position carries measurable accountability for online KPIs, campaign performance, and brand growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Brand Strategy & National Marketing Coordination:
- Develop, implement, and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate national marketing efforts between retail chains to ensure aligned campaigns, messaging, and rollout timing and brand consistency.
- Establish and manage marketing suppliers (designers, printers, production houses, photographers, media partners).
- Audit brand presence across chains and recommend refinements to maintain premium luxury positioning.
- Maintain a golden thread across retail, packaging, PR, social, and e-commerce.
- E-Commerce & Online Performance Ownership:
- Own online store KPIs (Revenue, Conversion Rate, AOV, Sessions, ROAS).
- Report weekly on online performance with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
- Oversee online retail stock inventory and merchandising.
- Ensure product listings are optimised, brand-aligned, and conversion-focused and apply to SEO best practice.
- Analyse SKU performance and identify growth or rationalisation opportunities.
- Align factory procurement and production planning with marketing calendars.
- Digital Marketing, Paid Media & Analytics:
- Plan, design, and oversee paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and campaign efficiency.
- Provide structured paid media reporting and optimisation plans.
- Track organic social performance and deliver weekly reporting dashboards.
- Analyse digital funnel performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Content Creation & Creative Execution:
- Lead content creation across Meta, TikTok, email, Google and campaign launches.
- Create and design marketing collateral using Adobe Illustrator and graphic design tools.
- Ensure all content reflects Rialheim's luxury aesthetic and storytelling ethos.
- Maintain structured content calendars aligned with commercial objectives.
- Execute campaign concepts from ideation to rollout.
- Packaging & PR Execution:
- Lead packaging design coordination for product and campaign launches.
- Oversee PR packaging development and influencer gifting strategy.
- Manage influencer onboarding, orientation, and brand alignment.
- Ensure PR and influencer materials reflect brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events and pop-ups.
- Influencer & Brand Partnerships:
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and brand ambassador relationships.
- Negotiate deliverables and manage timelines.
- Track influencer performance and ROI.
- Identify strategic collaborations aligned with brand positioning.
- In-Store Marketing & Experiential Execution:
- Support national in-store campaign rollouts.
- Ensure marketing collateral is consistent across chains.
- Coordinate in-store visual standards and activation materials.
- Travel when required to support launches and retail alignment.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3+ years in digital marketing, social media, and brand coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and graphic design tools.
- Experience in paid media management and analytics.
- Experience reporting on online store performance and KPIs.
- Experience in Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Understanding of retail chain marketing coordination.
