Job Description
Qualifications 
- National Diploma/Certificate in Administration or related field (advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or supportive role
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Experience in data capturing and working with reporting tools
- Planning and Organising
- Time management
- Problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Takes initiative to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Owns responsibilities and follows through on commitments
- Handles sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Ensure showroom stock orders are placed accurately and timeously
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock proactively
- Vet grocery and supplier orders for appropriateness and flag potential misuse
- Review and submit weekly/monthly reports with accuracy and completeness
- Complete assigned projects within deadlines and with minimal supervision
- Identify, streamline and implement improvements to administrative processes to boost efficiency
- Maintain clear, professional communication with branches
- Ensure timely follow-through on all assigned tasks
- Assist in planning and coordinating branch events and initiatives
