Job Description

Qualifications
  • National Diploma/Certificate in Administration or related field (advantageous)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or supportive role
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
  • Experience in data capturing and working with reporting tools

Key Performance Area
  • Ensure showroom stock orders are placed accurately and timeously
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock proactively
  • Vet grocery and supplier orders for appropriateness and flag potential misuse
  • Review and submit weekly/monthly reports with accuracy and completeness
  • Complete assigned projects within deadlines and with minimal supervision
  • Identify, streamline and implement improvements to administrative processes to boost efficiency
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with branches
  • Ensure timely follow-through on all assigned tasks
  • Assist in planning and coordinating branch events and initiatives
