Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related field (advantageous)
  • 5+ years' experience in road freight/logistics management
  • Proven leadership experience in an operational environment
  • Strong understanding of transport operations and compliance
  • Financial and budget management capability
  • Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage teams, clients, and operational targets effectively
