To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of branch management activities and processes to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner. Role based in Liberty Advisory Partner
Qualifications- Bachelor s Degrees and Advanced Diploma NQF Level 07 in Generic Management
- RE 5 (With 120 Credits)
- RE 1
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar environment, of which 1 - 2 years at junior management level
- Proven experience in branch or team management, ideally in financial services, advisory, or insurance sectors.
- Strong track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Experience in operational management, including compliance, quality control, and service delivery.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
