Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead their Retail and Logistics division based in East London.
This role requires a commercially astute leader with strong operational expertise and a proven track record in managing complex, multi-functional environments.

Minimum Requirements:- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- Additional certifications in Health & Safety, Fuel & Retail Operations, Facilities Management, or Finance will be advantageous
- Minimum of 10 years' management experience within:
- Retail petroleum industry
- Retail or convenience store environments
- Logistics, transport depots, or fleet yard operations
- Proven leadership capability with strong experience in financial control, compliance, and operations management
- Proficiency in POS systems, fuel management systems, digital security tools, and reporting platforms
- Working knowledge of fuel management systems
- Experience with SAP Retail systems
- Sound knowledge of labour legislation and MIBCO requirements
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and emergency situations
