We are looking for a hands on Branch Manager to lead a busy car rental branch in the airport area of Cape Town. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in operations, customer service, and team management.

• Oversee day to day branch operations, including fleet management and rentals
• Lead, coach, and manage branch staff
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage budgets, costs, and branch profitability

• Matric / Grade 12 minimum qualification
• Minimum 5 years' experience in car rental, mobility, or a related operational/service industry
• Proven branch or multi staff management experience
• Strong customer service and operational skills
• Financial and administrative acumen
• Own reliable transport
