Qualification & Experience Requirement Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4 Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Management, or related fields 4 - 5 years of experience in operations within a branch or similar environment You will be an ideal candidate if you possess the following: Strong understanding of branch operations, audit processes, and risk management. Proven ability to drive operational effectiveness and support digital migration initiatives. Experience managing and coaching teams to achieve high performance.
