Branch Assistant / Takassistent

Kontrak: Permanente

Main purpose of the position:

Execution of assigned responsibilities, marketing and customer service within a trading branch environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12;
  • 1-2 years experience in a trade branch (recommendation);
  • 2 years experience in customer service and marketing (advantage).

Skills:

  • Computer literate (MS Office);
  • Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Good numerical ability;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Good sales skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and providing excellent customer service;
  • Handling of cash;
  • Control over stock;
  • Management of the shelves;
  • Handling of administration.

Kern doel van die pos:

Uitvoer van toegedeelde verantwoordelikhede, bemarking en kliëntediens binne ʼn handelstak omgewing.

Minimum Vereistes:

  • Graad 12;
  • 1-2 jaar ondervinding in handelsomgewing;
  • 2 jaar ondervinding in klientediens en bemarking; aanbeveling.

Vaardighede:

  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
  • Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
  • Syfervaardig;
  • Goeie organisasie vermoë;
  • Goeie verkopevaardighede.

Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Lewering van goeie kliëntediens en bemarking;
  • Kontanthantering;
  • Beheer van voorraad;
  • Rakversorging;
  • Uitvoer van administratiewe funksies.
