Branch Administrator
Job Description
- To perform the full procurement function for the branch from onboarding of new suppliers with required BBB-EE documentation to GRN of invoice for non-stock items- To capture diesel journals timeously and ensure balancing of diesel stock to system stock.- To ensure open PO report is attended to daily to minimize open PO's.- To perform the full petty cash function for the branch- To ensure all required travel, subsistence and refreshment requirements are met
Qualifications- Grade 12/N3
- Diploma in Office/admin Management or related qualification preferred.
- Procurement administration experience or D365 procurement process competency is preferred.
