Position: Administrative Assistant

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
  • Assist with basic financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and compliance records
  • Support compliance processes by ensuring documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with audits and internal reviews by preparing necessary documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth financial and operational workflows
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records where needed
Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with QuickBooks (essential)
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail, particularly in financial data and compliance documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
