We are seeking a skilled and professional Beautician to join our onboard Spa & Wellness team. As a Beautician at sea, you will provide high-quality beauty treatments while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, customer care, and travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facials
  • Manicures & Pedicures
  • Waxing
  • Eyebrow shaping & tinting
  • Lash treatments
  • Recommend and promote retail beauty products to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms
  • Ensure all equipment and tools are sanitized according to company policies
  • Provide professional consultations and personalized treatment plans
  • Achieve sales targets for treatments and retail products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Comply with all shipboard safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements

Recognized Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology qualification

Minimum 1-2 years of salon or spa experience

Experience in cruise ship is advantageous

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work long hours in a team-oriented, multicultural environment

STCW certification (or willingness to obtain)

Friendly, confident, and guest-focused attitude

Strong upselling abilities

Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
