Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking

Location: ZA, Gauteng, Pretoria, Menlyn Pretoria

To deliver a quality service and manage service gaps realised by clients as they engage through the bank's various touchpoints. Deepen bank-client relationships primarily focused on lending and transactional product entrenchment and uptake on the bank's rewards programme. Mainly driven via campaigns execution and reactive response to client demands.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree/NQF7
Field of Study: Business Commerce
Licenses & Certifications: FAIS Representative

Experience Required
Client Coverage
Personal and Private Banking

  • 3-4 Years experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen
  • Analyse customers' financial behaviour, current product holding and short to long term financial needs
  • Apply discretion to act on client instructions within defined mandate and escalate where applicable
  • Identify business opportunities and create additional sales for future growth.
  • Ability to retain existing customers or clients, diagnose their needs and present product feature and benefits to retain their business.
