With over 115 years of experience, I&J is a leader in premium seafood production, known for sustainability, innovation, and community development. This apprenticeship provides hands on technical training in refrigeration systems and engineering processes.

The programme runs on a 3 year contract, offering real workplace experience, mentorship, and structured learning.

  • Have basic knowledge in refrigeration, electrical or fitting (advantageous)
  • Have refrigeration work experience (advantageous)
  • Be willing to work shifts
  • Be willing to commit to a 3 year contract
  • Be willing to participate in additional learning programmes
