Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Automotive Apprentice (Learner Technician).

As an Automotive Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians and gain hands on experience in the automotive industry. This is a full time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues under the guidance of experienced technicians.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  • Attend training sessions and classes to learn about new technologies and techniques in the automotive industry.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Complete tasks and assignments as directed by senior technicians and management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Enrolled in or completed a technical program in automotive technology.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
