Who We Are

Shae Group provides AI enabled automation solutions across a wide range of brands and digital products. Our work supports operational, marketing, clinical, and analytic functions with robust workflows that must include monitoring, fallback plans, and dependable execution.

Who You Are

You are an experienced automation specialist skilled in GoHighLevel and Zapier or n8n. You design workflows with precision-embedding proper error paths, retries, monitoring layers, structured logs, and idempotency. You consistently produce clear documentation and handover materials. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you prefer working independently on focused work.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle automation: requirements gathering, mapping, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Build production grade systems using webhooks, retry logic, queues, structured logs, real time alerts, and recovery processes.
  • Protect sensitive data, enforce proper permissions, and manage secrets in alignment with PII/PHI expectations.
  • Create operational dashboards, runbooks, and structured documentation with version control.
Requirements Must have qualifications
  • Proven background building advanced GHL + Zapier or n8n automations involving API/webhook integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in monitoring frameworks, idempotent workflow design, logging, retries, and error handling.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills - flow screenshots and short Loom walkthrough encouraged.
Nice to have
  • Basic scripting in JavaScript or Python; knowledge of Stripe plus LLM powered tool integrations.
  • Experience with clinical, medical, or regulated dataset workflows.
Benefits Compensation & performance bonuses

Retainer: USD $1,000-$1,500 per month depending on scope and SLAs.

Performance incentive: USD $500 per month for KPI over performance.

Payment & contractor terms

Independent Contractor arrangement only. Paid in USD via Wise or bank transfer. Monthly retainer invoicing. No employee benefits; performance based paid time off available.

How To Apply
  1. Submit two screenshots showing your most complex automations + a 2 minute Loom covering retries, idempotency, and monitoring.
  2. Schedule a 16 minute AI one way prescreen video interview.
  3. Complete a role related technical task.
  4. Complete a 3rd party personality profile.
  5. Strong candidates advance to a hiring manager interview within 24-48 hours - rapid offers available.
Closing note

We prioritize reliability, monitoring, and governance in all automation builds. Bring production grade examples to your application.
