Automation Specialist - Marketing & Sales Automation

  • Maintain clean, reliable first party data
  • Ensure forms, websites, ads, and tools feed correctly into the CRM

Integrations & Tracking

  • Work closely with strategy and client service teams
  • Document automations clearly for internal teams and clients
  • Support ongoing optimisation and troubleshooting

  • Strong hands on experience with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing, Sales)
  • Proven ability to design end to end automation, not just isolated workflows

  • Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders

Advantageous

  • Email & Comms - HubSpot Email, Mailchimp
  • Advertising Platforms - Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads
