DescriptionThis position is mainly responsible for increasing clinical confidence and case growth across the Invisalign product portfolio through clinical education and support to customers.
The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing Orthodontists and General Dentists related to case specific issues, ClinCheck quality and troubleshooting.
Focus will be on clinical education as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers.
In addition, other duties will include support with day to day needs of education events.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support and education to orthodontists and general dentists, assisting with case assessments, treatment evaluations, ClinCheck support, and troubleshooting.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events related to clinical issues, ensuring all relevant details are documented in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals, guiding them through treatment planning and the adoption of new digital workflows.
- Deliver coaching to healthcare professionals, helping them become educators and share their knowledge with peers.
- Plan and execute educational roundtable discussions and other interactive events to foster case discussions and peer-to-peer learning.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Support, and Sales teams to deliver Align's educational programs, contributing to the achievement of business goals.
- Independently contribute to key projects, as well as work collaboratively with others to provide input and support on larger initiatives.
- Plan and organize visits and group sessions independently, ensuring timely coordination with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Seek and recommend new approaches to improve healthcare professionals' learning experiences and enhance digital workflow adoption.
- Regularly travel to conduct structured certification and education programs for customers and visit their practices for deeper educational engagement.
- Manage relationships with speakers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support educational initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry is required; a Master's in Orthodontics is preferred.
- Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in orthodontics, customer relations, or medical/dental environments.
- Proven ability to train and support medical staff in effective product use.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, listening, persuasive communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence through public speaking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, international, and dynamic environment (hands on, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% within the assigned territory.
