The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Greater Africa and senior teams, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan. Job Description: Key responsibilities: Manage monthly flowplan distribution across all markets, integrating actuals to ensure real-time visibility of media spend. Cross-reference regional flowplans against Media Tools and Navision to guarantee accuracy in financial and campaign reporting. Provide dedicated technical assistance to markets for template alignment and manual data uploads. Monitor media budget movements by brand and medium into monthly reports for senior leadership.Enforce strict adherence to global deadlines for Media Tools, MMM, and Datarama reporting across all markets. Lead the quarterly collection and verification of evidence for ESG and Smart Drinking campaigns to meet KPIs. Collaborate with key stakeholders to track and report on monthly Special Projects KPIs and performance metrics. Facilitate bi-weekly status meetings with creative and media agencies, ensuring all action items are documented and distributed. Coordinate the collection and sharing of creative assets and artwork between local markets and global partners. Maintain centralized documentation via SharePoint and drive the preparation of comprehensive Quarterly Media Reviews. Location: Sandton Brand: Iprospect Time Type: 全职 Contract Type: 永久
