Asbestos Surveyor - London/M25

Our client is an accomplished asbestos company who provides a wide range of specialist asbestos services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced, reliable and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the London area with good access to the M25. They are looking for an individual who has extensive experience and knowledge gained through working in the asbestos industry carrying out asbestos surveys on various site types. The ideal candidate will also hold the P402 asbestos certificate. Applications from Romford, Enfield, Harlow, Ilford and surrounding areas will be considered.

• Attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Previous experience of asbestos surveying within the industry.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
• Well versed with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.

• Carry out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on various commercial and industrial properties.
• Consult and liaise with clients at all levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collate and produce accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.
