Artisan Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Artisan Fitter to join our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for creating high quality products. The Artisan Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining various machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine assembly and installation procedures
• Assemble, install, and test machinery and equipment according to specifications and blueprints
• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that arise during the assembly process
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working with machinery and equipment
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Artisan Fitter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of various hand and power tools used in mechanical assembly
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
