The Opportunity

We are recruiting a talented and motivated Architectural Technologist with 5-10 years of experience to join our client's Stellenbosch office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide spectrum of projects, from detailed boutique spaces to complex commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design development and contribute to the overall creative vision
  • Manage documentation and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and design standards
  • Apply BIM workflows (Revit) to produce accurate, high-quality deliverables
Technical Skills

Proficiency in Revit (essential) with strong BIM workflow knowledge

Registration

Professional registration with SACAP (mandatory)

Experience

5-10 years of proven professional experience

Design Portfolio

Strong design sensibility across boutique and large-scale projects

Project Sectors

Exposure to retail, industrial, and residential developments

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
