Join Our Team as Architectural Technologist at Rohloff Group! We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Architectural Technologist to support remodels and new build projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings, assisting with council submissions, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for remodels and new builds.
- Produce accurate construction drawings, technical details, and documentation.
- Develop and manage Revit models, including Revit Family creation.
- Conduct scoping of existing stores and prepare as-built drawings.
- Prepare tender and construction drawing packages.
- Assist with council submissions and signage applications.
- Ensure compliance with SANS 10400 regulations and council requirements.
- Work within defined project scopes and budgets.
- Contribute to keeping projects on track and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and project leads.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Meet deadlines across various project phases through effective time management.
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Design.
- SACAP Registered (Essential).
- Proficient in Revit (Architectural drawings and Revit Family building).
- 3 years' relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of SANS 10400 regulations.
- Experience with council submission processes and technical compliance requirements.
- Strong technical drawing and detailing ability.
- High level of accuracy in drawing, documentation, and Revit model creation.
- Ability to understand project requirements and align deliverables accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
