We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented ArchitecturalDraughtsman to join our team. As an Architectural Draughtsman, you will beresponsible for creating technical drawings and plans for our architecturalprojects. You will work closely with our architects and designers to bringtheir vision to life through accurate and precise drawings.

• Drafting& Design:Developing detailed 2D CAD drawings, layouts, and3D models using software like AutoCAD or Revit.
  
• ApplyingSpecifications:Converting rough sketches, blueprints, andarchitectural/engineering notes into accurate technical drawings.
  
• TechnicalCompliance:Ensuring all drawings comply with industry standards,safety regulations, and building codes.
  
• Collaboration:Workingwith architects and engineers to review drawings, identify designproblems, and incorporate changes.
  
• SiteSupport:Conducting site visits, field surveys, and producingshop drawings for construction or fabrication.
  

• Education:Adiploma or certificate in drafting, architecture, or engineering.
  
• Experience:Atleast three years' experience.
  
• SoftwareSkills:Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup).
  
• Attentionto Detail:High accuracy in drafting and modelling, with a focuson producing error-free plans.
  
• Communication:Stronginterpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Knowledge:Understandingof construction techniques, manufacturing processes, and buildingmaterials.
