Architectural Draughtsman

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to produce accurate technical drawings and plans for architectural projects, working closely with architects and designers to bring concepts to life.

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Convert sketches and design concepts into technical drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes and industry standards
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues
• Conduct site visits and prepare shop drawings where required

• Diploma or certificate in Drafting, Architecture, or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Sound knowledge of construction methods and building materials
