Architect or Senior Architectural Technician - CPT

Our client is seeking an Architect or a Senior Architectural Technician.

Location

Cape Town CBD

Requirements
  • Relevant Qualification in Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience in using ACC (AutoDesk Construction Cloud) or, at the very least, BIM
  • Must be based in Cape Town
  • Own motor vehicle required
  • Driver's License
  • SketchUp and rendering skills would be an added bonus
About

The position will include working with a small team on various commercial projects and residential projects.

Responsibilities
  • Production of tender and working drawings.
  • Coordination with other professionals.
  • Coordination of flow of information on ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
  • Coordination/management & input on site.
  • Input/design/production of proposals for new projects.
