Architect or Senior Architectural Technician - CPT 
Our client is seeking an Architect or a Senior Architectural Technician.
LocationCape Town CBD
Requirements- Relevant Qualification in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience in using ACC (AutoDesk Construction Cloud) or, at the very least, BIM
- Must be based in Cape Town
- Own motor vehicle required
- Driver's License
- SketchUp and rendering skills would be an added bonus
The position will include working with a small team on various commercial projects and residential projects.
Responsibilities- Production of tender and working drawings.
- Coordination with other professionals.
- Coordination of flow of information on ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Coordination/management & input on site.
- Input/design/production of proposals for new projects.
