Role Title: Appointment Setter

Location: South Africa (Fully remote)

Type: Contractor

Hours: Monday to Friday (12am - 8am SAST)

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Reporting to: Director / Executive Leadership Team

Experience: 2 plus years in sales or appointment setting preferred

We are seeking a full time Phone Appointment Sales Setter to join a fast growing ecommerce coaching business that supports female founders to launch and scale profitable online product brands.

As the first point of contact for warm inbound leads, you will qualify prospects and book high quality Quick Win Strategy Calls for the Closer team. This is not a closing role. Your responsibility is to diagnose fit, assess readiness and create momentum.

  • Call warm inbound leads generated through marketing funnels, workshops and applications
  • Conduct structured qualification conversations to assess business stage, revenue, growth goals and readiness
  • Book qualified prospects into strategy calls that meet set criteria
  • Set clear expectations to maximise show rates and close rates
  • Follow up to reduce no shows and maintain pipeline health
  • Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) records including notes, tags and next steps
  • Collaborate with Closers to ensure alignment on calendar flow and lead quality
  • Own daily activity metrics and booking targets
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales development or phone based sales
  • Confidence leading structured phone conversations
  • Strong qualification and questioning skills
  • High level of accountability and consistency
  • Comfortable working with scripts and frameworks
  • Strong CRM discipline and follow up skills
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
  • Availability during AEST business hours
  • Comfortable making up to 200 calls per day
