Job Description
The Application Support Specialist role within the ICT e-Cert department offers an exciting opportunity to support the availability of application systems, ensuring seamless interactions between PPECB applications and stakeholders.
Job Requirements- 3-year National Diploma in Information Technology (Hardware, Software and Network Infrastructure related courses)
- ITIL foundation and SQL certification (Desirable)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Application support
- Experience application support, troubleshooting issues and guiding users step-by-step
- Experience in SQL
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar ticketing tools
- Experience in basic testing
- Experience in creating clear user guides, help documents, and screenshots (desirable)
- Vendor and Stakeholder management (Desirable)
