Job Description
The State Diamond Trader is seeking to appoint a service provider to provide editing, layout, and designing of the 2025/26 Annual Report.
Attached find the terms of reference/specifications of what is expected.
Please complete and return the attached SBD4 and SBD6.1 forms and quotation.
The closing date for submission is 4 May 2026 at 16H00.
No late submissions will be accepted.
Please ensure that on your SBD 6.1 paragraph 4 table 1 points are claimed accordingly and if not points wont be awarded.
