Kendrick Recruitment is seeking talented and passionate chefs at all levels, from Commis to Senior Chef, to join a luxury restaurant in Paarl. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals looking to develop their skills and contribute to a high-end dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurant's quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and plating
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
  • Support the kitchen team in daily operations, including prep work, stock management, and inventory
  • Assist with menu development and special events as required
  • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements & Skills
  • Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or high-end hospitality environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen protocols
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
