You will be the first point of contact for travelers, handling inquiries related to bookings, flight changes, baggage, cancellations, and more - all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to airline passengers via phone, email, or live chat.

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries.

  • Resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

  • Follow airline procedures and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.

  • Meet performance metrics including call handling time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Stay informed on airline policies, promotions, and systems through regular training.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Matric or equivalent high school diploma required.

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.

  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet access.

  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Professional demeanor with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in a call center, customer service, or airline support environment preferred.

  • Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry will be a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).

  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Flexibility to work in different time zones depending on airline requirements.
