Marketing Collateral & Content
- Create and maintain marketing collateral including one pagers, slide decks, brochures, case studies, and website content
- Write clear, professional copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and sales enablement materials
- Adapt technical or complex subject matter into customer facing messaging
Graphic Design
- Design visual assets for digital campaigns, presentations, conferences, and social channels
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Work with existing brand guidelines and improve them over time where needed
Events & Conferences
- Support planning and execution for industry conferences and trade shows
- Coordinate logistics for booths, signage, printed materials, and giveaways
- Assist with pre event promotion and post event follow up campaigns
Operational Excellence
- Maintain organized project plans, asset libraries, and campaign calendars
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without dropping details
- Proactively identify gaps, delays, or quality issues and address them early
Required Skills & Experience
- Fully fluent in latest AI marketing tools & strategies
- 3-7 years of experience in a generalist marketing role, ideally in B2B software or technology enabled services
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally
- Solid graphic design capability using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
- Experience running or supporting digital advertising campaigns
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and process driven ("Type A" personality)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical trials
- Familiarity with marketing to regulated or highly technical audiences
- Experience supporting conference or event marketing
