We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Aftersales Consultant to join a busy dealership service team. The ideal candidate will be organised, service-driven, and able to maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams to ensure an exceptional aftersales experience.

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Valid driver's licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, organised, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Planning and coordination skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office) advantageous
• Technical qualification and/or experience in a motor dealership aftersales environment advantageous
