Rondebosch Boys' High School invites applications for the position of Afrikaans First Additional Language (FAL) teacher for Grade 8 -12.
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual with a deep passion for Afrikaans to join our dynamic Afrikaans Department. (Please ensure you upload the required documents via the link provided in the attached advertisement)
Responsibilities- All duties applicable to a Post Level 1 Teacher
- Experience teaching Afrikaans FAL to Matric level (minimum of 5 years)
- Willingness to support Afrikaans academic competitions and Olympiads
- Interest in expanding and enriching students' exposure to Afrikaans
- Willingness and ability to participate in the school's extra-curricular activities
- Relevant teaching qualifications and proof of SACE registration
- NSC marking experience is not essential but advantageous
