We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a growing construction and civil engineering business by working closely with the leadership team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be involved in everything - acting as a right-hand person to management, helping keep projects, administration, and operations running smoothly.
The role would suit someone with 2-5 years experience in construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering, who is looking to grow their career and take on increasing responsibility over time.
Responsibilities- Provide direct administrative and operational support to senior management
- Act as a right-hand support to the leadership team, helping coordinate daily operations
- Assist with project administration across multiple construction / civil engineering projects
- Manage project documentation, drawings, reports, and compliance paperwork
- Track project timelines, schedules, and site updates
- Coordinate communication between site teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Assist with procurement, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
- Support with invoicing, cost tracking, and financial administration
- Help maintain health & safety documentation and site compliance records
- Organise meetings, reports, and internal documentation
- Assist with general operational tasks across the business
- 2-5 years experience in administration, ideally within construction or civil engineering
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across different projects
- Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with construction documentation or project coordination is highly beneficial
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to get involved wherever needed
