Overview of the role and requirements: To provide proactive, reliable, and efficient administrative and operational support within the designated functional area, ensuring seamless business processes. The sucessful candidate will be handling and dealing with procurement (invoicing, suppliers etc.), events administration, project administration, office administartion and office support You will be responsible for: Office & Operational Management Oversee daily office operations and workflows Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Coordinate facilities management, maintenance, and logistics Ensure smooth running of office systems and processes Liaising with Real Estate Management Services Office Support Provide high-level administrative support Support onboarding of new staff Meeting & Event Coordination Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes (Track and follow up) Coordinate internal workshops, strategy sessions, and events Manage logistics (venue, catering, tech setup) Track and follow up on actions Financial & Procurement Support Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and track expenses Support budget monitoring and cost control activities Liaise with finance on payments, reconciliations, and reporting Manage supplier contracts and procurement processes Project & Process Coordination Support delivery of projects (project administration) Maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reports for CDO Exec office Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Assist DL management across GTE/CDO Managing and maintaining shared drives. What you will need: Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the financial services sector Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
