Job Description
Hello, Future Administrator Role Purpose This role is within FNB Connect and Service Provider and is responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area. Key responsibilities include Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements. Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies. Manage own development to increase own competencies. Qualifications and Experience Experience: A minimum of 2 - 3 years' relevant experience within a Call Centre or Administrative environment Good communications skills Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centricity Problem Solving Skills Time Management skills Please note that this role will require you to work shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group's Employment Equity plan.
