Job Description

An organised and proactive Administrator / Driver is required to provide administrative, reporting, and coordination support within a corporate office environment. The role includes managing documentation, processing invoices and payments, compiling reports, supporting fleet and insurance administration, and assisting with meetings and correspondence. The position also involves general driving duties, including the transportation of personnel and collection or delivery of goods as required.

Requirements
  • Matric certificate
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role
  • Valid Code 8 driver's licence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to compile reports and manage data capturing accurately
  • Experience processing invoices, purchase requisitions, and payment follow-ups
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate filing systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
