Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and assisting with research and documentation.
Responsibilities- Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations
- Accurately enter and maintain data in company systems and records
- Research equipment, suppliers, and related information as needed
- Prepare and organize paperwork, reports, and documentation
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, updates, and required information
- Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors and external partners
- Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and maintaining organized files
- Provide additional administrative support as required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to conduct online research effectively
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, email)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
