Century City. Salary R15k. Own vehicle needed.
Hours Mon-Friday 8-5 although flexi-hours do apply.
My client is a well-known established company within the fashion/garment apparel industry.
My client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their small team in the clothing industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Manage orders, documents and filing systems
- Handle scheduling, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Liaise and attend brief meetings with customers.
- Prepare for all meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Check all PO's received from customer.
- Ensure all communications to the customer and suppliers are clear.
- General Admin and maintenance of style files on a daily basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Pleasant, professional personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
