Job Description
  • Manage and execute day-to-day financial and administrative tasks
  • Handle a high volume of administrative work accurately and efficiently
  • Work across multiple systems, including CRM platforms, during system transitions
  • Prepare, process and manage financial documentation and records
  • Support the team during peak periods and assist in meeting critical deadlines
  • Liaise with clients and occasionally attend or support client meetings
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when working with financial data
  • Maintain organised, up-to-date electronic and manual records
  • Adapt to changing processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent multitasking ability
  • RE 5 qualification advantageous but not required
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy, particularly when working with numbers
  • Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable working on multiple systems simultaneously
  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence (essential)
  • Experience in financial services administration advantageous
  • Exposure to estates, trusts, investments, life policies and medical aid administration advantageous
