Job Description
MSA Outsourcing Solutions - UK is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with solid experience in office administration and coordination to support one of our UK-based clients. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, support team operations, and maintain efficient administrative systems. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and capable of working independently while supporting a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and organize digital files, ensuring that all documentation is easily accessible and up to date.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members and clients.
- Respond to emails and liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support data entry and information management tasks.
- Help coordinate logistics for events or travel arrangements, if required.
- Act as a point of contact between departments, clients, and external stakeholders
- Support internal communication and follow-ups on action items
- Identify inefficiencies in administrative processes and suggest improvements
- Support implementation of new systems or tools to enhance productivity
- Perform other ad hoc administrative and operational duties as required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with common office software tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving work demands and priorities.
