  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to professionally represent the company. (English) Should be confident to communicate with attorneys, financiers and banks.

  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.
  • Ability to filter information and assess priorities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods.
  • Confident and able to work on own initiative and with limited supervision.
  • Property rates / municipal knowledge and advantage but not essential, training will be provided.
