Job Description

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Co Ordinator within the Trade division in Winterton, KwaZulu Natal.

Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support through processing purchase orders and invoices, managing stock receiving, and handling banking and reconciliations. The Admin Co Ordinator also performs general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Process purchase orders and invoices
  • Receive stock
  • Banking, sales, and reconciliation
  • Prepare and capture reports; summarise data
  • General office duties, including filing
  • Maintain and update archive
  • Handle monthly stock take program
  • Assist cashiers with general queries
  • Prepare cost and selling price corrections
  • Maintain delivery notebooks and key register
  • Follow up on claims
  • Perform health and safety duties
  • Host auditors during visits and requests
  • Reconcile poison register
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures
  • Process EFTs and UIRs
Qualifications and Skills
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 2-3 years' experience in an administrative position
  • Computer literate
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
