ROLE SUMMARY The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Manager and/or Department with any administration work. KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Credit control function • Printing of documents • Faxing of documents daily Query Resolution • Handle all administrative queries Financial Administration • Complete nursing hour's spreadsheets weekly • Mail nursing hours to Matrons at end of every month • Reconcile accounts on a weekly basis • Ensure accounts are authorized by the Matrons and send through for payment Personal and professional development • Assume responsibility for own personal and professional development • Keep up to date with Netcare's evolving policies and procedures SKILLS PROFILE EDUCATION Essential • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification WORK EXPERIENCE Essential • 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role KNOWLEDGE Essential • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS In the event of any physical or psychological limitation that may impair the employee's ability to perform the required job function, the employee must consult the employer for reasonable accommodation. WORKING CONDITIONS • Professional flexibility in working hours while supporting daily business hours. • Will interact with internal and external customers through several different means. • Travel within and across regions to support the functions of the role will be required.
