O Our client is seeking a French Speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the South African team,

  • Generate and send accurate and timely invoices customers, ensuringadherence to billing schedules and terms
  • Ensure that allincoming payments are accurately and promptly applied to the appropriatecustomer accounts.
  • Monitor andfollow up on outstanding balances and past due accounts.
  • Gather andverify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
  • Ensure thatincoming payments are applied accurately in accordance with the customerremittance.
  • Reconcileaccounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted forand properly posted.
  • Act as a primarypoint of contact for customer inquiries and discrepancies related toaccounts receivable.
  • Respond promptlyand professionally to resolve issues and maintain positive customerrelationships.
  • Implementcollection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables and reducedelinquency.
  • Contactcustomers to secure payment on overdue accounts, escalating issues asnecessary.
  • Working withCollection calls, Credit control
  • Prepare regularreports on accounts receivable status, including aging analysis, cash flowprojections, and collection effectiveness metrics.
  • Provide insightsand recommendations to management based on analysis of receivables data.
  • Generatingreports and statements for internal use on a weekly basis.
  • Identifyopportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in theaccounts receivable function.
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams to implement changes and streamline workflows.
  • Ensurecompliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatoryrequirements related to accounts receivable processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Provenexperience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial role
  • Strongunderstanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiencyin accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability toadjust to diverse ideas, impressions, schemes, and tactics from individuals.
