You will be:

• The gatekeeper of clean financial flows
• The fixer when something doesn't balance
• The heartbeat connecting suppliers, finance, ops, and buying
• The person who everyone trusts because your work is gold standard

• Processing invoices fast and flawlessly
• Matching POs, GRNs & invoices with forensic accuracy
• Managing the AP inbox so it never becomes a crime scene
• Reconciling supplier statements (you find errors others miss)
• Preparing weekly payment packs that are bulletproof
• Keeping suppliers updated, not chasing you
• Month end support (clean AP listings, accruals, reports)
• Spotting risks, gaps, and process improvements
• Exposure to the full Accounts Payable cycle (from invoice receipt matching approvals payments reconciliations reporting)

• Comfortable working with tools, platforms, dashboards

• Calm under pressure and reliable when things get busy
• Someone who takes pride in delivering clean, accurate work
