Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Handle the day-to-day accounting operations of the company
- Record and process invoices, payments, and bank transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Support the preparation of the annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and institutions when required
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with the full accounting cycle
- Good knowledge of Bulgarian accounting and tax regulations
- Experience with accounting software / ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Responsible and well organized
- Practical and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a hands on role with diverse tasks
