Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive growth within assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions while maximizing account potential.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand client business objectives and provide strategic advice and solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related communications.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue within accounts.
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to deliver seamless service and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver account reports, business reviews, and proposals to clients.
- Resolve client issues promptly and proactively, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Analytical skills to assess account performance and identify opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Experience in B2B sales, enterprise solutions, or financial services.
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor landscape, and industry best practices.
- Experience with strategic account planning and reporting.
- Professional certifications in account management or client relations.
